phdream16 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may request the closure of your phdream16 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, phdream16 will verify your identity and process any outstanding withdrawals of verifiable, non-bonus-derived funds before closing the account. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations you may have arising from activity prior to closure.

In the event of termination for cause, phdream16 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or violation is confirmed, forfeit all funds in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the terms herein.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes as to the validity, interpretation, performance, or breach of these Terms, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:
Nothing in this dispute resolution procedure shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
